We have opened our new call center and our first day was a HUGE success. We began taking calls today at 10am est and the Atlanta team made the acquaintance of a great many leaders and Zeek family members!
We wanted to get you our updated address (which is listed and updated on the site) and our new call center number (for US) 888-927-ZEEK (9335) and let you know that our live chat will launch within the next 7-10 days for impeccable international support as well.
Our new affiliate service and customer support center is training and will be in full swing in about a week – so please be patient and forgive any delay in handling your support requests. We are only a few short days away from getting caught up and look forward to being the strong support service team again that you have come to know and trust over the past year.
Last, for all of are US affiliates who are receiving 1099′s – your year-end reports will be up in your ZeekRewards back office by close of business Friday!
