Running around SXSW this week? Here are just a few of the things that PayPal has lined up in Austin to help conference attendees make the most of their time:

• Put Your Feet Up – Everyone is invited to Pop! in and play at PayPal Exchange our PayPal Developer Lounge located on the third floor of the Convention Center. Enjoy a blue slurpee (#tweetyourtoungue) and create your own personalized SuperHero Sticker – there’s something for everyone! We’ll be there during SXSW’s Interactive week from March 8-12.
• Speed Hacks – How fast can you hack? Swoop into our Developer Lounge and show off your skills at our Speed Hack. Become a daily winner and be crowned fastest Hacker of SXSW! The winner will be receiving a grand prize on March 12th.
• Local Music Scene – Check out PayPal’s SXSW Party at The Mohawk Club. Enjoy music from Austin favorites: Man Man, The Octopus Project, and Belaire! We’ll be there on March 9th from 9pm-2am and anyone with a SXSW badge is invited to join. You can check out party details here.

Yesterday I was one of the lucky people who hosted a group of startups from the UK on their 3-week Seedcamp America trip.
Business development manager, Angelique Kamara, and I answered questions about how we partner with, acquire, and invest in startups. We also talked at length about the renewed focus on PayPal’s developer program, which has helped hundreds of thousands of developers use PayPal to monetize their ideas and participate in PayPal’s 123-million-user service.
Seedcampers took a tour around the PayPal campus and got a first-hand look at the PayPal mobile app which lets you check in and pay with your mobile phone at our onsite Starbucks café. They also took a walk through the PayPal Usability Lab and the PayPal Network Operations Center (NOC).
I loved the high energy this group brought with them, and appreciated a first-hand view into what PayPal’s doing well and where we need to improve. We are doing our best to partner closely with startups and help them build the next big thing.

With the introduction of Mobile Payments OKPAY has created a unique phone billing bundle service. In general, phone billing bundle covers more than 200 countries around the world. Unlike the regular phone call and SMS payments suitable only for micro-transactions, Mobile Payment is a direct payment from the balance of your mobile phone.
By supporting major cell carriers in Russia and CIS countries it allows you to greatly expand the number of convenient payment options for your business. It also stands out with a lower commission and a much more convenient payment procedure.

Buyers: Paying for purchases with a phone

Paying for your spendings online is rather simple with OKPAY. Select desired payment option as your preferred means of payment on the OKPAY checkout page. Daopay supports phone call and SMS payments, Fortumo supports SMS payments and Mobile Payments for a direct transfer from the balance of your mobile phone. Enter required information in the payment window and confirm payment.
If the amount you have been charged is larger than the payment amount you will need to specify an email address to receive your change. And you are good to go! Your payment will be processed and completed instantly.

Merchants: Accepting phone payments

In order to start accepting certain payment method, merchants need to activate them in Wallet properties. Supported payment options can be managed on the "Payment methods" tab. Meet the necessary requirements, accept the terms of service and request activation of the desired phone payments gateway.
Exclusive OKPAY feature is the ability to get exact amount you're asking the buyer to pay. For example, regardless of the SMS price in various countries you are getting exactly what you stated. You name the price - OKPAY does the rest!

Fast Cash Mega : Do You Know What You're Talking About? (read this!)

Yes it's a very provoking subject tittle and I did that for a reason. From what I hear there's a small part of the FCM member base who talk about FCM like we're a scam because withdrawals take a long time. Let me ask that question again:

DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT?

I think they have no clue whatsoever and don't even bother to read the updates. They just look at their withdrawal that's pending and start to post on forums that we're a scam. They don't look at the list with withdrawals we process every day. They just start to talk nonsense. They're not the members we work so hard for they're just the ones who joined our program. That's how I see it. Our true members are the ones who are with us. They made good profit and know they always get paid even if it takes longer. I mean we have a few programs running and for instance in HCS it sometimes takes quite some time before we process withdrawals but there's not one member who's really concerned because they know us. That program doesn't have as many members as FCM because it's a weekly subscription. Same thing in the PIP (another program we run). We don't accept new members in that program so the ones who are in know us. Withdrawals can take some time too but there's not one single member who doubts they get paid or not. It's like no question.

Now, in FCM we have many members who don't know us. Even though we always inform our members as much as possible what's going on some don't want to read but just want to talk negative.

Let me get down to this. Let's have a look at what's going on online. There are programs who offer their daily rebates. The one even higher than the other. Most of the members who talk negative about FCM will say those programs are much better because they have received their withdrawal fast. Well yes, for now that is but what about tomorrow or in a week or in a month? Most of those programs stop paying or are faster gone than you can blink your eyes. FCM been online for over a year. We have never stopped paying. To me a scam is a program that doesn't pay.

The reason many programs stop paying is because they don't have outside income sources and mostly they don't include referral commissions and admin expenses in their calculations. Let's talk about that a bit. How do we do it? How do we generate profit to pay you? Well (for those that don't know), we do forex. We have been trading for over 7 years and developed quite a few robots that trade for us according to our strategy. But that's only one income source because next to that we do investments too. The investment part is what I want to talk about some more because I think many members are not fully aware of this part.

We have short term investments and long term investments. The short term investments have lower returns but faster. The long term investments have high returns or I should say have “potential” high returns. These investments are in start-up companies that have a good product or system and need financiers. It takes time for those companies to get off the ground but when they do they can go sky high. I said it before, you need to think like how facebook or Google or even microsoft first started. People who invested in those companies are laughing all the way to the bank the whole year through because the money keeps coming in. That's what we're doing. At some point our long term investments will start to pay off and some look like real big returns. I'm not talking about a few $1,000 I'm talking about a few $100,000 possibly per investment. If you look at our “3 phase” plan you can see that's our goal to get to that stage. Problem is it takes time of course so we need to make sure we get to that stage. Once we're there withdrawals can be processed without daily limits (as long as payment processors don't have limits). It's very understandable waiting on withdrawals can be frustrating but that has nothing to do with scam (like some are talking).

I think the ones who talk scam about FCM only think short term. Withdrawals take long at the moment so we're a scam. Another program pays withdrawals fast at the moment so they're solid (even if they just been online for a week or a month). I think that's how people lose their money because they only think short term. In PIP MEGA we have long term plans and the smart people see it and get in. In Mega Money Hybrid we created a system that can earn you fast but it's created in a way to be sustainable long term. It will force you to earn more and more.

Soon we'll launch Mega Money Hybrid. The ones who talk scam will probably not join and miss out on a great money maker (in my opinion). Others will read forum posts from those who talk scam and either believe that and don't join or if they're smart they dig deeper and discover FCM has always been paying and they join Mega Money Hybrid.

I hear people say, “Why don't they first pay the withdrawals in FCM before they start new programs” That's funny to me because if you read our “3 phase” plan you can see everything is pointing at speeding up withdrawals. If we would have the (at the moment) $81,000 that's reserved (frozen) in Payza we could move a whole lot faster that's for sure. If we would feed that money to our forex robots they would be spitting out a lot more money. We did that with PIP MEGA (increase capital to trade) and it's working well but if we could add that $81,000 directly now we could speed up things a whole lot faster (especially with our robots).

Anyway, I just want those who talk their scam talk to think about what they're talking about. Do you even have a clue what you're talking about? Based on what facts FCM is a scam? Only on the fact that withdrawals take longer at the moment? Do you know anyone who can say we don't pay? All members who have been with us long enough know we pay in all our programs so that's not their concern. Their concern is it's taking longer to process withdrawals but they know the reason because they read our updates.

I sincerely thank all members who send us their messages to thank us for the work we do. You have now idea how much that does. It gives us the energy and drive to work even harder. Mega Money Hybrid was a lot of work and we're very happy with the result. I don't think there are many who don't see the big potential this program has. If you go through the information at the site (I mean really go through it) you'll see it's created with all members in mind. Those who recruit, those who don't recruit, the ones with big money, the ones with little money. Even the ones who don't read anything can't go wrong with this because it's so easy.

March 7 at 12:00 PM EST we will launch Mega Money Hybrid. Looking at how many already joined many will earn a lot instantly. You have the chance to be one of them. You can either let that pass you by because you're a member of FCM and you have pending withdrawals or you can get in and see how this system will work for you.
