WITHDRAWAL SYSTEM IMPROVED...
Just a quick note to inform you we changed the withdrawal system to allow more members to get their withdrawals in at different times (not only on 0:00 server time). The reason for this is because we have members from all over world so everyone has to deal with their timezone. What we did now is made it possible to withdraw whenever there's a withdraw spot available. It works very simple. Every member can withdraw once per 48 hours per payment processor so you can make 3 withdrawals every 48 hours since we have 3 payment processors available for withdrawals. Why 48 hours? Well, here's why:
Say a member made a withdrawal of $300 to STP at 10:00 AM today then it means that member can't withdraw to STP anymore the next 48 hours. The next day at exactly 10:00 AM that $300 STP withdrawal will be available for another member to withdraw so the system now looks at the total limit per day and every time the withdrawals that have been made are deducted when 24 hours is passed so during the whole day it's possible you can get your withdrawal in so you just have to try whenever you can. Because all members can only make one withdrawal per payment processor every 48 hours it means more members will actually be able to get their withdrawal in because the system now resets on individual withdrawals so a $300 withdrawal made today is available for another member tomorrow at the exact same time and the member that made the withdrawal today can withdraw again exactly 48 hours from the time of withdrawal today.
It sounds complicated maybe to some but it's really not. You simply have more chance to get your withdrawal in now then with the reset at 0:00 server time system we had before. Just try throughout the day whenever you have a chance. We just changed the system so I think for now the spots are filled but you'll see in the next few days you will be able to get your withdrawal in at some point.
Also keep in mind this is just temporary because as soon as we can we will lift the limits as announced earlier. We're well on our way to accomplish that.
