Update -  3/31/2012 : Auctions are starting again at 6:30 PM Eastern
Hello fine people, a few updates and fixes…
Our server propagation is moving right along, and our massive bandwidth increase has been approved, and has been completed. All auctions will be paused during Our credit card processing switch over and will be down through tomorrow when we go live again. We will keep you posted and let you the moment our new processing is live, so stay tuned on ZeekRewardsNews for updates.
Known bug and associated fix: if you tried to process a transaction or claim an auction cash out that did not complete through AlertPay or SolidTrustPay. We experienced a bug during server propagation which has now been resolved. The symptom of this issue was that some AlertPay and SolidTrustPay transactions did not deliver product that was purchased in full. If you had an AlertPay or SolidTrustPay transaction that effectively charged, but did not post the bids or subscriptions to your Zeek account. Please comment on this post with your transaction ID’s, usernames, and amounts. We are currently fulfilling these transactions manually please be patient as we work through the list.
Please submit ALL of the following data, and we will fulfill the purchase manually.

• Reference ID SolidTrustPay
• Transaction ID AlertPay
• Auction ID
• Type of Purchase ie: $100 for 100 Sample Bids, $99 for Diamond Upgrade/Subscription
• Username
• Amount

Scheduled Downtimes are as follows

• 6pm EST – Saturday 3/31/12 TBD
