Certificates delivery status is added to the account interface |
 | Many uinvestors are curious to know if their share certificates are sent or not. From now on this information is available through your account interface https://uinvest.com.ua/component/investprojects/?task=useractivity (“Shares” tab, “Waiting”, “Processing” and “Sent” statuses). You no longer need to guess if your certificates are sent, just check it yourself! Just don’t forget to choose the correct option for your certificates in the Account management section. |
Old ticket system, bye-bye |
 | As you know last week we introduced new modern support system that can be accessed at https://uinvest.com.ua/support . On 6th of April it’ll be the last day when old RSTickets system is available. Old tickets will be processed by then, new ones to be directed to the new Kayako CRM system. It’s already proven to be more effective so we hope you’ll like it! |

Gold price up |
 | Since the beginning of the year the official gold rate has grown by 16.25%. The top rate of gold to have been set by the central bank was reported on 06.09.2011 at UAH 151183.29 for 10 troy ounces (UAH 486.07 for 1 gram).
