Update on Check Run & Exec Admin to the COO Wanted

Hey there fine people – I’m here with an update from Paul. Here’s what he sent me this afternoon:
The check print run for this week has been delayed due to Murphy’s Law. FedEx has lost our check paper order that was supposed to be here last week. If it does not show up today we have another order being shipped overnight that will be here tomorrow morning. As soon as the checks are printed we will put the entire office staff on the processing, stuffing and stamping detail to get them out as soon as humanly possible. In our fifteen year history this is the first time something like this has happened and we apologize! Paying our affiliates is always Job One and there is no acceptable excuse for that not happening! Please forgive this unforeseen delay – we will update you the moment they land at home office and will keep you posted as to the moment they go out. Paul Burks – CEO

Exec Admin WantedI’m throwing this out there for a very brief moment in hopes in lands in exactly the right hands. I cannot not spend the next 2 weeks responding to a deluge of resumes because I simply don’t have the time to do so – so forgive me if you don’t hear back from me. If you are SURE you are PERFECT and don’t get a response – BEAT DOWN THE DOOR
. I want to see some serious creativity so impress me. Put something together that goes beyond a simple resume…because your creativity will be tapped in this seat. I am also seeking 2 Marketing professionals (one for copy/content creation and one for product development) – so I really want to SEE skills here – not just read about them on a resume (although that is required as well).The expectations will be high for all 3 of these positions…so we may as well begin with “impress me”.
Priority 1 – I am seeking THE top-notch Executive Admin of the century to live in Clarksville, AR and work for me in our home office. The hours will be long and the pressure is extreme. The qualifications start with “walks on water” and the end with “can pre-think Einstein on 3 cups of coffee” with serious people skills. Here’s what I could come up with in the form of skills requirements and obligations but the list goes on:
- Self-Leader – this is critical – training will be on the fly and not in any way spoon fed.
- Work-a-holic
- Types 75-100wpm
- Takes dictation with lightening speed
- Organization skills – critical
- Scheduling (the way I want it done) – critical
- Doing 20 things at once is expected (that’s what i’m doing…so that’s what you’ll be doing)
- STRONG Network Marketing Knowledge
- If your mom/dad/ex-hubby/ex-wife was a networker so you know the industry like the back of your hand – but you don’t like to or want to build…that level of intimate understanding would be PERFECT
- That being said – Please Note: You will have no time to build Zeek or anything else. I must be your focus. There can be no conflict of interest here.
- Master Communicator – anything less than full-on mastery need not apply
- Marketing Skills
- Writing
- Letters
- Marketing Copy
- Proposals
- Etc.
- Strong Skills in:
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Photoshop (a major plus)
- Dreamweaver (another major plus)
- MindManager (nice to have and another major plus)
- Phone and email communication skills must be EPIC.
- Attention to detail is a MUST.
- IMPECCABLE ability to communicate efficiently, clearly and effectively with top leaders of industry
- Etc…
