Hello Zeek Family!
It’s time for an important bit of houskeeping updates…
First…Because of our explosive growth, our Affiliate Services has been overwhelmed in the past few weeks.  We are VERY SORRY for any inconvenience and want EVERYONE to know what we are doing about it!
We realize the RPP runs have been slow are are optimizing as fast as we possibly can – so if you see the run is slow…know we are acutely aware and are working on it.
Our accounting firm tell us that we can expect 1099s to be mailed by the end of this week.
Last week ZeekRewards moved into bigger offices.  The additional space has allowed us to hire more staff and begin training them.  We are also adding a Call Center this week which will also offer live chat.  Lastly, we are also going to be offering an eWallet system which will expedite both payments and purchases!!  All of this is very exciting.  However, we ask that you please be patient during this expansion; we must first train the new staff and the Call Center and will begin rolling everything out in the next two weeks!
We appreciate everything our Affiliates are doing and want to provide the best possible service to each and every one of you.
Here’s some exciting news!!  Dawn, Roger and Alex are on their way to Atlanta to train the brand new Zeek Live Help Center tonight so their in the best of hands and will be educated fully by the team you’ve come to know and trust.  In the mean-time…Live Skype Support is closed and we’ll be moving everything over to the new system…so all issues must go through your Affiliate Services form in your ZeekRewards back office until further notice.
Last…AlertPay and STP mass payouts have been delayed while we are setting up and migrating over to our new anti-fraud software systems.  Just give us a day or two and all systems will be moved over and pay-runs will resume their normal schedule.
We want you to know how much we appreciate your patience and continued support while Zeek expands to meet the ever-growing needs of the field and your valued customers.  The process of mega-growth and momentum are exciting and challenging and it’s because of you that the Zeek phenomenon is sweeping the globe in such an amazing way!!
