Hello fine people.  A few major updates on expansion plans underway, current delays on RPP runs, matrix commissions and purchase processing.
First and foremost, we are over-doubling our current affiliate services staff both in-house and in Atlanta and are bringing on an overseas branch in Mauritius to manage 24/7 inquires.  Since we have affiliates in so many countries and support tickets come in around the clock, we will have operators training on the opposite side of the planet shortly, which is a very exciting development.
Leader liasons are being appointed and trained as well as our testing of a support community to allow for peer-to-peer support, moderator support and staff support in the way of discussion boards, threads and much more in-depth, self-help FAQ forums.   We’ll keep you posted as we make then available to the public.
As I am sure you have all noticed…we’ve got a few delay we are experiencing and I just wanted to give everyone a heads up a to what is occuring, what to expect and what to prepare your teams for.

• We are a bit behind in subscription billing and should have that run managed shortly.  As the renewals run can take several days now you should see the impact by mid next week.  We’ll keep you posted.
• The RPP and company pool automation stalled yesterday which has created a bit of a drag in the current run.  With something this large playing catch up can take a couple of days to get back to real-time.  All runs will occur daily however the backlog will take thru Friday to show.  YES you are getting your awards.  No, nothing is broken – all is well.
• Current processing times for manual purchase orders of sample bids is running 10 business days for mailed cashiers checks and money orders.  We have posted the following on all purchase pages – please get this out to your teams:Please Note:  The recommended purchase method for sample bid purchases are the use of our integrated and automated eWallets (SolidTrustPay, AlertPay and NxPay).  Sample bids purchased via these eWallets will post immediately to your account upon completion.   if you choose to use a manual method of payment (Money Order, Cashiers Check or Check by Fax) please allow for the following processing times:
  Cashiers Check/Money Orders by mail:  Due to exceptionally high volume, current processing times are 7-10 business days from the date we receive your purchase order and payment until the time the bids are manually entered into the system and posted to your account.  Please do not contact affiliate services with inquiries or confirmation requests as to the receipt of your payment.  If you would like confirmation of receipt of your purchase order and payment, please send certified with return receipt requested or with some other form of tracking so you may track through your chosen mail carrier.
  Check by Fax:  Approximately 10-14 days.  It will take faxed checks 7 days to show as a purchase in your back office – after they are keyed in to our system. Depending on volume this may be several days after they are faxed in.  Your check will most likely clear your bank BEFORE your bids show up in your back office.  You will see that your check-by-fax has been entered into the system listed as a “Pending Faxed Check” under the blue box in your RPP report.  There is a 7 business day waiting period for funds clearance and NSF processing from the time your check-by-fax is entered into the system.  Please Note:  If you have not sent in a check-by-fax – you will not SEE a “Pending Faxed Checks” section under the blue box in your RPP report.  It will ONLY appear IF you have a pending faxed check.
