We
get a lot of support tickets from members who don't know how the
system works or don't know how to get things done in their back
office.
We fully understand the FCM system and back office can be
overwhelming so that's why there are some great videos at the FCM
blog that explain all you need to know. From exactly how the system
works to all the links in your back office and what they do.
I
think it's very important to check out these videos (even if you're a
member for a long time) because it will give you a much better view
of the system. You'll understand why some aspects of the system work
like they do.

Just
like the blog itself my assistant made these videos too. I think he
did a great job because it's very easy to understand the way he
explains it.
The
main reason I'm sending this email is of course to reduce the number
of support tickets we get because less support tickets means more
time for other work (I think I don't need to say we can use all the
extra time we can free up for trading and setting up the new programs
that are coming).
Just
