Processing Delays…Please Use eWallets
Hello
fine people. We are currently awaiting our last phase in processing
expansion and will be experiencing an outage in credit card processing
through Thursday. We have experienced such a massive boom that our
current processing relationships could not hold us over for the
additional time and so…we wait for Thursday in Asia and that is that.
Please use any and all eWallets and alternative payment methods. Due to
these ongoing issues it is highly recommended that all 3 eWallets be in
full use and that any and all subscribers who’s cards have not yet been
charged switch their credit card options to eWallets for the sake of
expediency and uninterrupted business flow.You can find all of your eWallet options in the Getting Started Guide of your ZeekRewards back office.
We’ll keep you posted on any new developments as we have them.
