Wealth 4 All Team : Urgent, Time sensitive information.

It has been brought to our attention from our attorneys that there is a lot of videos floating around the internet posted by our members that contain information that is out of compliance.  One of the videos in question includes an earlier video that we made ourselves and many people copied or downloaded and placed on their youtube channels etc. we have removed all instances of that video from our site and other places we had control of. You must now do the same.

As of the mailing of this letter, August 13, 2012 at 12:00am, everyone will have 72 Hours to remove any videos, compensation plan powerpoints or the like from the following venues:

Youtube.com, Vimeo.com, Google.com, Yahoo.com and any other site not mentioned here where some of this files may reside.

After the 72 hour period, we will suspend the account of any Affiliate found out of ompliance and the account will not be re-instated until all files are removed and the violation ceases. Any earnings during the time your account is suspended due to non-compliance will be forfeited and non recoverable.

We are asking all affiliates to remove any video, files, etc. at this time to avoid being suspended and losing earnings. Once we finish development of all our new compliant files and videos, we will make those available for distribution.

You have until Thursday, August 16th at 12:00am to comply with this email. Your prompt attention and consideration of this matter is requiered.

We are happy to announce that we have partnered with Intelligent ID (IID), a powerful user activity management system, which will further enhance Payza's ability to perform real-time identity verification of its members in the United Kingdom.
"We receive thousands of new members each month in the UK," said Mohammad Hashemi, director of product strategy for Payza. "IID will allow us to do our due diligence on these customers more efficiently by granting us access to data provided by credit bureaus and other agencies and verify the people making those requests. This will further bolster our Financial Services Authority (FSA) compliance strategy in that region."
Hashemi explained that the FSA in the UK requires a minimum "two-plus-two" verification, which means the company must obtain at least two points of verification -- including name, address and date of birth -- from two independent sources. These sources can include government data such as electoral rolls, agencies that oversee passports and drivers' licenses as well as credit reference agencies and utility organizations.
It is also a critical requirement to conduct anti-impersonation and anti money laundering (AML) checks to ensure Payza is engaging with the "true" individual and that the individual has not previously been exposed to sanctions or corruption. IID utilizes global sanctions, law enforcement and regulatory watch lists to screen all applicants.
According to Hashemi, when someone submits a request for membership, Payza informs the applicant that IID will access those services to verify their backgrounds. Once the verification has been performed, IID provides Payza with a real-time report authenticating the status of the individual it needs to avert risk and ensure it remains in FSA compliance.
"Failure to monitor and manage user behavior has real and painful consequences for any organization," said Martin Pashley, managing director at IID. "We are delighted to be working with Payza to detect and prevent potential risks to their business and to support them in offering the best customer experience possible."

Let's go directly to business. Did you miss this line? We bet you did! Also, we apologize for not being able to send a newsletter this past week, but we have been very busy concentrating on making both the switch and the restart as painless as possible.
